The Ridge at Centennial consists of new construction, single-story buildings, with units ranging in size from 1,600 square feet to 40,000 square feet. The project features a walkable campus-style setting, totaling more than 100,000 square feet of office space.
The location of the future Professional Office Condo Campus is the north side of E. Arapahoe Road between Nome St. and Paris St., in the Lincoln Executive Center. Construction of the site will begin in the fall of 2008.
